THE IMPACT is a program birth to reach out to school precisely (Secondary & University Students), churches, organisations etc., to impact them with vocations & skills in other to promote skilled labour & to teach them the skills necessary for a particular job, which they will be enrolling for.

John C Maxwell once said talent is not enough but today IMPACT TEAM is saying school certificate is not just enough in the world. The reason is because we believe that there many unemployed graduates out there and the reason is not because there is no job but because you need more than just your certificate to get a job.

Another reason we introduce THE IMPACT is to empower & impact individuals to be independent, creating job opportunities for themselves and others as well, also trying to reduce the rate of unemployment in the society.
