PROPOSING/INTRODUCING YOUR SCHOOL TO OUR YEARLY GRADUATION DAY PHOTOGRAPHY BOOTH
Schools requires high-quality photographs to capture all the key moments from its upcoming GRADUATION CEREMONY.
Specifically, Schools need photographs that capture the moments leading up to [the event] and [the_event] itself. Schools require a mixture of candid and posed shots from a variety of angles to achieve its vision, as well as shots to accommodate special requests
LIG can meet the Schools needs by making its photography expertise and equipment available for the terms set out in this proposal. LIG "NUEL'S MEDIA TEAM, consisting of a head photographer, Cinematographer and assistants, will spend quality hours capturing all the key moments of the graduation ceremony and post-produce the images using computer software. LIG will then release softcopies and hardcopies of photographs and frames for the Schools to print, enjoy, and share with family and friends.
Following the photo shoot, Land InCorpuration will provide Bloombreed High School with the following:

⦁ Video Coverage
⦁ Framing (Graduating students)
⦁ Downloading/Emailing of Softcopies
⦁ Photobook
⦁ 5 Minutes of studio session (Graduating students)
⦁ 5 Minutes of Studio session (Each Class)
⦁ 5 Minute of Studio session (Staffs)
⦁ Edited/Raw files will be made available
⦁ 5 DVDs copies of the Event
⦁ A 3-5 Minute Montage Video
⦁ 15 Minutes Picture Slide Video for the Event
⦁ Availibility of Hard Copies and Frames
Pre-Event Photography Consultation
Land InCorpuration (Nuel's Media) photographers will set up a time to speak with the School 4 to 6 weeks before the Graduation Ceremony. This meeting will allow LIG to understand the School's vision for the day and offer input to help the school achieve it. The Schools and LIG will work together to determine the structure of the shots, along with any special requests.
Photo Session of Graduation Ceremony
After consulting with Bloombreed High School , LIG (NUEL'S MEDIA) photographer and assistant will meet the School on the day of the Graduation Ceremony to begin the photography session. LIG (NUEL'S MEDIA) head photographer and assistant will spend hours capturing key moments from a variety of angles, distances, and resolutions.
Post-Production
Land InCorpuration Group (Nuel's Media) will analyze the results from the photo shoot and Video Coverage. Then LIG (NUEL'S MEDIA) post-production specialists will use software like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Nero and Lightroom to ensure every photo and Video has the proper exposure and color, polishing every image to a professional level. Once post-production is complete, LIG will deliver the Job three (3) Weeks after the Event.
